FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST AND BEAUTY ADVISOR
A beauty advisor is responsible for demonstrating product knowledge and selling products in store! Most importantly, A beauty advisor is responsible for having fun and creating an unforgettable experience for our clients.

We are seeking a passionate individual to become our front desk receptionist and Beauty Advisor at our store in Lekki Phase 1.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly, professional, and timely manner
- Answer, direct and manage all inbound telephone inquiries
- Respond to e-mail, Instagram DMs and in-person inquiries from clients and wholesale partners
- Provide honest advice to customers regarding products
- Execute the appropriate selling behaviours consistently to achieve personal and team results
- Build our client base through establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships, follow-up on satisfaction of purchases and notifying customers of events/promotions
- Leverage Product Knowledge as a differentiating factor in the service experience
- Understand the competitive market and be aware of the trends and new products
- Assist in the execution of special events, seasonal gift with purchase and holiday programs
- Perform daily department maintenance including light inventory work, re- merchandising, transfers, and price markdowns
- Organize, maintain, and coordinate office records and files in their proper locations
- Appropriately file and submit reports at the end of each day; scan and submit pos slips
- Perform general clerical duties – typing, photocopying, mailing, filing, printing
- Other related duties as assigned
Requirements
Education:
Skills:
- knowledge of major Microsoft office programs and Familiarity with major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Excellent verbal/written communications skills and the ability to influence sales at all levels in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with customers, coworkers, and vendors
- Ability to problem solve and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate and knowledgeable of cosmetics trends
- Fast learner with strong organizational skills
- Experience in retail, customer service and beauty industry is a plus

Schedule:
- 8-hour shift (9am-5pm)
- Weekend availability (Twice a month)
- Trade Show Availability
Salary
70,000 - 85,000naira
